Did you know that our Sponge Candy is also gluten free?  For those customers who have this unique health or dietary issue – we certainly encourage them to buy our Sponge Candy.  We receive numerous inquiries from customers about this issue.  Based on the ingredient list provided below – we have concluded that our Buffalo Sponge Candy is “gluten free” – However, if you have ANY type of nut allergy – please be aware that the production line will also produce and package a variety of chocolate and chocolate coated products during the Holiday season.  As always, an informed customer is our best customer.  Enjoy!

Milk Chocolate Sponge Candy Ingredients:  Sugar, Milk, Cocoa Butter, Chocolate Liquor, Soy Lecithin added as an emulsifier, Vanilla, Glucose, Soda, Gelatin and Salt.
