Product Description

Betty Crocker Dunkaroos with Vanilla Frosting & Rainbow Sprinkles - A convenient package, a reasonable portion size, some creative packaging and art work all came together to form one of the more (if not the most…) appealing snack foods of the times.

Dunkaroos are "just perfect" for an after school treat, and if someone wanted you to have a really good day – they might have tossed a box or two into your lunch bag or lunch box.  It was always a surprise to find out what was inside your little Brown Bag in the school cafeteria.

  1. Phenomenal

    Posted by B on 1st Jul 2015

I kept seeing Dunkaroos listed in articles of snacks that you will never see again- until I found this company!
Some people said that their cookies were stale, but mine were perfectly fine. They tasted perfect and the frosting is still as amazing as it was when I was a kid!
Also, some posted about the shape of the cookies. If you read the packaging it said "new shape", therefore yes, it's a new shape ;)
Although these were a tad pricey with shipping, it was completely worth it and I will be buying again!

  2. cookies were stale

The icing was still delicious but the cookies were hard and stale.

  3. Pricey, But totally worth it for both a great taste and nostalgia times!

It really sucked that Dunk-a-roos where rendered extinct in the U.S.A. It really ruined one of my favorite treats back in the late 90s and the 2000's

I am however, VERY glad that you folks continue to produce a great product from your place. Which is awesome! Plus they are the great granddaddy or Grand-momma of the dipping treats!

My only complaints or criticisms here are the prices. The prices are kinda high for a pack of 5 cookie trays. (I once get them at the dollar general store for $2.50 to $3.00 each. till they stopped selling altogether...) And the shipping cost to send them from there to my place in U.S.A. Makes it a little expensive to buy them. (So it is best to buy them in bulks of 10 or more to get the better end of the deal.)

But other than that, The treats were DELICIOUS!! And totally fresh. Worth buying them again. (I won't be a very frequent or constant customer, But I will gladly buy them again from time to time.) Thanks a bunch for these awesome treats!

  4. Love Dunkaroos

I ate Dunkaroos as a kid and haven't seen them in years! Other have talked about the cookies changing but I still think they taste awesome! Will definitely buy again :)

  5. What Was Lost Is Found

Posted by Kevin on 16th Feb 2015

Dunkaroos were once the prized items of cafeteria black markets, worth more than their weight in sandwich, juice box, or granola. Yet as bright as they burned in the lunchtime limelight, delicious Dunkaroos disappeared almost unnoticed from U.S. store shelves and sack lunches.

Until now thanks to Buffalo Sponge Candy's [presumably legal] international trafficking.

Although the crackers have changed (perhaps French Canadian tastes called for the new larger dipping cookie?), the experience remains practically unchanged.

Wholly satisfied with the purchase and delivery process, and the product satisfied a part of the nostalgia center too long left unloved.
